Shipping

Every kvlr. piece is made on demand after you order. We don't keep stock — we make exactly what you asked for.

Production time: 2–5 business days from when you order.

Shipping time after production:

• Mexico — 5 to 8 business days
• United States — 4 to 7 business days
• Canada — 6 to 10 business days
• Europe — 7 to 12 business days
• Rest of world — 10 to 20 business days

You'll get a tracking link by email when your piece ships. If something goes off course, write us.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is made on demand for you, we can't take back items just because you changed your mind. But we always cover what's on us.

We'll replace or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The print is misaligned or wrong
• You received the wrong size, color or product
• It never arrived (lost in transit)

You have 30 days from delivery to write us. Send a clear photo of the issue and your order number to hello@kvlrcollective.com and we'll fix it.

Sizing

Our pieces are unisex and oversized. Check the size guide on each product page — we put inches and centimeters. If you want a more fitted look, size down. If you want extra drape, size up.

Size guides are accurate within ±1.5" / 4 cm.
